Description: Join us for an inspirational morning of personal and leadership development at this community event featuring keynote speaker Kat Esser. Esser is Principal of AWS Global Social Responsibility + Impact and a special advisor to the President for Strategic Transformation at Mount Mary University. Esser will share a collection of stories that have shaped her professional journey and influenced her leadership style in the hope of inspiring others to harness their power and potential.
